Sell three combos and three burgers and drinks are reserved together. Standalone sales use the same stock, so you are less likely to accept orders you cannot fill.
Use a phone camera, or a USB/Bluetooth keyboard scanner at a busy counter. No QR handy? Find the order by ID, name or phone.
Enter a reason and open a WhatsApp draft with the order ID and rejection details. Staff checks and sends it manually. No paid WhatsApp API.

Singles and combo components are added together. School events can also collect payment by class, then fulfil the order on event day.
Weak venue signal? Export the full order CSV beforehand for manual checks on a computer or printed list. CSV is an offline backup; online scanning and status updates still need a connection.

No. The system prepares an order ID and rejection reason in a WhatsApp draft. Staff reviews and sends the message, so no paid WhatsApp API is needed.
Use the web interface. Camera mode needs browser camera permission. USB/Bluetooth scanners must support keyboard input mode. Staff can also find orders manually.
